Motivational Assembly

Kheron delivered an energetic workshop-style assembly for KS3, 4 & 5 students at the Royal Alexandra and Albert School. Through interactive activities, the session covered themes including resilience, growth mindset, problem solving, positive influences and peer support. The workshop was incredibly well received. One student said ‘This is the best assembly I’ve been to’ !

interactive keynote workshop

We were invited by Mediation UK to run a workshop on effective engagement in the workplace. We shared concepts to action, tools to use and support to access for better collaboration and inclusion in teams.

Hall rep programme

Kheron Gilpin’s work with Hartpury College started as a joint effort to empower student leaders and significantly improve residential life. The initiative—centred on training hall representatives through workshops in mindset, facilitation, and community-building—proved highly effective, receiving recognition in Hartpury's recent 'Outstanding' Ofsted evaluation.

A level up, higher education & employability skills programme

In collaboration with LEAP and Access HE, we developed "A LEVEL UP," a tailored programme featuring interactive workshops, video presentations, gamified activities, and an engaging workbook. This initiative supported Year 10 students in acquiring essential skills for higher education and career progression.

Thrive! Forward ambassador

What began as a 30-minute motivational keynote at Market Harborough Building Society’s Annual Strategy Event evolved into something far greater. Kheron Gilpin’s dynamic and energising session not only aligned with MHBS’s Thrive! agenda—it sparked a deeper collaboration built on shared values.

Recognising the power of Kheron’s approach to engagement, MHBS invited him to become the official ambassador for their new Thrive! Forward programme—an initiative supporting young people with mental health, financial capability, and employability skills.

Following  a day of dynamic workshops at Capel Manor College on student engagement strategies, we were invited back to lead digital skills CPD sessions. It was great to reunite with Capel Manor’s ever-enthusiastic curriculum teams. We introduced easy-to-use platforms to create engaging educational content.

Every year we run induction talks and assemblies at schools and colleges across the country.

As well as addressing national and local priorities, Kheron creates a sense of belonging through engaging and interactive activities that allow students to connect with peers and staff in a fun and memorable way.

Student motivation

Stanmore College organised an impactful motivational assembly for their students.

We explored the benefits of challenges for our growth and strategies to overcome even the most daunting of challenges that life throws at us. Kheron shared tips to improve self belief and life direction. 

Tenant & Resident engagement workshops

We partnered with the Housing for All programme in Northern Ireland to deliver a dynamic staff development session. We covered engagement strategies and creative research techniques that can ensure all voices are heard and considered in decision-making processes. 

Ubuntu leaders academy

At an Ubuntu Leaders Academy event in Portugal, Kheron addressed a packed and energetic audience of students and staff from 400 schools along with local and national government officials.

This event was a testament to Kheron’s ongoing commitment to sharing and implementing the Ubuntu ethos in his role as an ambassador for the Tutu Foundation.
